    Finally seller who knows how to pack fragile goods potentiometer legs were protected by small foam square. it was then rapped in clear film then inserted in bubble bag and rolled and then another wrap of clear film and than inserted in padded envelope . package was in transit for 36 days and arrived like it was packed a minute ago. Potentiometer looks and feels fantastic identical to other genuine ALPS potentiometer plastic color is propper and there is no double stickers. I did not test or do measures I'll do that in time. Potentiometer intended to be replaced with this one decided to behave so it will stay in place and I'll use this one in some other project
